Clare and Nathan married at the gorgeous Gunabul Homestead in Gympie (1 hour north of the Sunshine Coast) on one of the most stunning days of the year and on a very memorable date - 20-02-20. You should be able to remember that one Nathan!
This awesome bride and groom had the sun shining on them the entire day. This perfectly matched the sunflower theme for their beautiful wedding.
Clare and Nathan were surrounded by their friends and family from near and far at their very special wedding ceremony held under the spectacularly giant tree beside Gunabul Homestead. This was a wonderfully relaxed ceremony marked by a unique ritual of passing the bride and groom’s wedding rings between the hands of all of their guests. After the newly wed couple’s romantic kiss and a perfect registry signing setup the bride and groom were hugged, kissed and congratulated by all of their loved ones.
Post family photos, we took the bride, groom and their lovely bridal party to a rustic railway station for some portrait photos. After the sunset we journeyed back to Gunabul Homestead for some night portraits before the bridal party entered the reception.
Gunabul Homestead delivered some delicious food for all of the wedding guests. There were some great speeches by the bride and groom’s nearest and dearest family. The bride’s sister and the bride could not look at each other as both knew if they did they would burst into tears simultaneously. Now that’s sisterly love at it’s finest!
Clare and Nathan then had an epic donut infused cake to cut - so much donutty goodness! The newly weds first dance was just lovely and then everyone made the rounds dancing with each other and having a super fun night together.
