This was one super special wedding which took place at one of Australia’s most gorgeous venues, Villa Botanica, Airlie Beach (The Whitsundays, Queensland, Australia).
The bride and groom brought their fur-baby Norman with them to share in their stunning day.
Erin and Matt were joined by so many of their loved wins which is a testament to how much love surrounds them. They have the most amazing tribe of friends and family around them who were an absolute pleasure to photograph and certainly made for an awesome destination wedding party!
The wedding ceremony was so beautiful and kicked off with their awesome pet, Norman, running down the leafy isle towards his Dad who he hadn’t seen all day. That was one very special moment to start the ceremony proceedings.
After the ceremony we explored the beautiful Villa Botanica property with the bride, groom, bridesmaids and groomsmen. The cactarium was a favourite and one spot the bride and groom definitely wanted photos in. We also walked down to the ocean where we were able to take some stunning photos using our trusty drone.
The reception was one of if not the most beautiful we have ever seen! It was a seriously amazing setup and the backdrop, breathtaking.
Some hilarious speeches and crazy dancing topped off this once in a lifetime day for this now happily married couple.
We wish you all the love in the world Erin, Matt & Norman!
Big Love,
Jesse & Mikala

Noosa Riverdeck Wedding, Sunshine Coast Photographers - Natalie & Kallan
Oh what an amazing wedding day for this fun-loving bride and groom at Noosa Riverdeck on the one and only Noosa River.
There were so many tears shed before Natalie and Kallan had even seen each other for the first time on the Noosa Riverdeck helipad. The entrance by Natalie and her mum to the ceremony was soooo emotional, Mikala and I had tears welling up in our eyes! The Noosa River ceremony was so beautiful with more tears and a tonne of laughter from all who were invited to witness this momentus event. This bride and groom clearly make an absolutely fantastic duo.
After family photos on the Noosa Riverdeck helipad we jumped on a bus with the bridal party. We b-lined over to Noosa's gem Hidden Grove and Main Beach for some bridal party portraits and some romantic couple portraits with the newlyweds. The sunset Noosa produced for the married couple's first evening together was incredible! You couldn't dream of a more beautiful sunset - thank you Noosa!
The wedding evening kicked on with delicious food and drinks at Noosa Riverdeck accompanied by some awesome tunes by Matt Boylan-Smith.
This day was such an amazing celebration for two loved and very in-love humans.
All the love and happiness to you Natalie & Kallan!
Enjoy...

PS. The groom left one of his groomsmen's pair of pants back in Bli Bli. So Kallan and his groomsman drove all the way back to Bli Bli together to get the missing pants. This is why the groom is missing from all of his getting ready photos. But his other groomsmen did a pretty awesome job of showing off his outfit to the camera :)

Kingfisher Bay, Fraser Island Destination Wedding - Jennifer & Brenten (Sunshine Coast Photographers)
The rain cleared just in time for this lovely bride and groom's Fraser Island destination wedding at Kingfisher Bay Resort.
Jenny and Brenten regularly camp at Fraser Island with their friends so this was the perfect choice for their wedding day. Brenten and his groomsmen enjoyed some fishing off the pier while Jenny and her bridesmaids were getting their hair and makeup done.
The bride and groom's ceremony was so serene and absolutely beautiful. The love in Brenten's eyes for his bride was so special to witness and to photograph for them to keep forever.
The bridal party and I took off into the Fraser Island bushland for some photos before taking just the bride and groom along the beach for some couple portraits. We then hit the pier for a few drone photos followed by some stunning sunset images. Jenny and Brenten were treated to an awesome romantic sunset for the very first evening as a married couple.
Celebrations kicked on in the dingo den with speeches, a wedding buffet, cake cutting and a gorgeous moonlit first dance. Once this rad bunch got to dancing on the first dance floor they all showed their twirling skills off. I've never photographed a wedding where so many twirls occurred within such a short space of time - it must have been a guinness world record... surely! Love your work family and friends - and of course the bride and groom!
I wish you a lifetime of absolute love and happiness Jenny and Brenten :)
Enjoy!

Yandina Station, Sunshine Coast (Australian) Autumn Wedding - Lisa & Dave
This warm and generous couple hosted their wedding day at the one and only Yandina Station. Lisa and Dave are from a small town called Gayndah, just west of Hervey Bay and Fraser Island and so the country chic feel of Yandina Station suited them perfectly.
They preened and prepared themselves at Coolum Caprice with epic views of Coolum Beach.
The ceremony was outside under the Moreton Bay Fig Tree where they so emotionally said "I do" to each other. The tears could not be held back, especially from Lisa's gorgeous bridesmaids. Emotions ran high when the bride and groom exchanged vows, rings and then sealed the deal with a kiss. The emotions quickly turned into laughter post ceremony with hugs of congratulations and celebration all around.
We explored the grounds with the bridal party for some photographic portraits. Dave and his groomsmen were definitely a highlight when they took hold of the decorative umbrellas that were meant for the bridesmaids - or were they?
The reception rolled on in the old dairy at Yandina Station with new flooring which looks outstanding and was an awesome platform for this happy, humble duo's celebration dinner. The speeches from Lisa and Dave's loved ones were beyond heartwarming. But the dancing... well that's another story. This bunch of Gayndahnians know how to stomp their way around a dance floor. Fun, happy, silly, crazy. None of these words can possibly describe the awesome dancing styles that took place in the old dairy of Yandina Station on Sunday, April 2, 2017. There's no doubt this particular evening will go down in the history books as one of the most epic nights of dancing ever seen at Yandina Station.
We wish you all the love, happiness and everything in between for your lives together Lisa and Dave.
Enjoy...
